TRI is a Bali-based social enterprise that upcycles used fabric to create products that promote conscious consumption. The aim is to raise international awareness about the issue of deforestation while drawing attention and resources to grassroots organizations that are working to protect our earth’s precious forests. They currently support 5 non-profit organizations in Kalimantan, Sumatra and Bali with all of our profits.
TRI was initiated by Ben Fijal when he was a grade 8 student at Green School, Bali. It has since become a registered business in Indonesia with a team of supporters. Thanks to the generosity of David Metcalf, TRI has a shop space at the entrance of Taksu Gallery at Monkey Forest Road Number 11a, Ubud.
TRI seeks individual supporters and corporate partners that will stand for the forests. Their products are not only beautiful and functional, they reduce waste and result in a planet earth with more trees
